    Dude is Neutral Evil, and he just dresses the part of a Peter Mullen villainous warlock in order to project a "Don't Fuck With Me!" aura, he's normal looking aside for being an Orichalan.

    The finger tentacles are a manifestation of his worship of Yog-Sothoth utilized he conjures particle beams from Quazars. But he's actually a pretty normal adventuring dude.

    I forgot that he wears snakeskin cowboy boots when I drew this! :)
