Addathon Xilcholthraze is the leader of a band of 240 depraved brigands, “The Red Handed Riders,” but also leads a secret double life as “Quod Kwillith,” a respectable travelling spice merchant, which affords him opportunity to seek out rich caravans for The Red Handed Riders to raid. While in his role as Addathon the master of brigands he wears a mesh mask, like that worn by a fencer, in order to conceal his visage. He has a terrible temper and is fond of having those that displease him impaled.
This is going to be just awesome.
ReplyDeleteAre we getting twenty all at once, or 1 per issue?
ReplyDeleteDamn it Blair quit the awesomeness already this is too cool of an npc not to love! Really come out with the mag already I want it in my grubby little hands. Seriously between you & Trey this is very frustrating to say the least. At least keep writing this incredible stuff.
ReplyDeleteRegards,Eric
Thanks guys!
ReplyDelete@ Pat: All twenty, as in roll 1D20 for a random sorcerer...
Can't...wait...for...it...!!!
ReplyDeleteRighteous.
ReplyDeleteGood stuff - it's Kendo Nagasaki* !
ReplyDelete*British 70's 'mystery' wrestler
Is it supposed to look like he has eyes on his chest? Because I was hoping for some really weird description based on that.
ReplyDelete@ Geordie: Haha, I gotta ask the artist if he was an inspiration? NPCs based on obscure wrestlers seems like a a great concept, I've been meaning to stat up Shockmaster for Encounter Critical...
ReplyDelete@ Herb: I'm not sure...it was an inclusion by the artist, but I gave him a "Robe of Eyes" to match the picture.
The eyes are meant to be on the garment. I added them when I was adding detail to the costume. My reasoning was that 1a) you can't see his face and 1b) eyes right there would look cool.
ReplyDeleteI really like how the drape of the robes creates a suggestion of a nose on his belly!
